![]() ![]() Once this was done, it then worked as it did previously, i.e. I also needed to unplug the device and reconnect for the PC to pick it up properly. I needed to carry out the step to disable signed drivers again, reinstall the Liquid Mix drivers and then the Liquid Mix device was detected properly instead of being under 'other devices'. This reset a few things and broke the Liquid Mix. I have also tested this in Studio One 3.3.4 and Ableton 9.7.1 and it works fine, so should work in the latest build of any other DAW too.ĮDIT (): I have just updated to the latest Windows 10 Pro 64 bit, version 1703 (build 15063.13), also known as the Creators Update. However, I cannot verify if this is an oddity or whether the latest Windows build means you don't need the legacy firewire driver. In reinstalling Liquid Mix after the install, I personally did not need to install the legacy driver so could skip step 6 below. When i click OK (only option) it then resets the plugin before saying: Please check that Liquid Mix is connected to the Computer and try again" "WARNING: No Liquid Mix Hardware has been detected. The second instance brings up a warning that says: Again, if i try to open a second it goes around in circles. I then get glitching and need to delete the second instance, then if i unplug and re-plug the firewire cable it resets and works again, but only on the first plugin again. However, when i open a second instance on any track i get an error saying the hardware cannot be detected and is disconnected and will need to be reset. ![]() I load first plugin and it works flawlessly with perfect sync between the plugin and hardware. However, I am having some issues with it on my Windows 10 machine. I love how the Liquid Mix sounds and the EQs and compressors are outstanding in my opinion. EDIT: Solved and look at post #18 for solution to get Liquid Mix to work fully on 64 bit Windows 10 with any 64 bit DAW as a 64 bit plugin. ![]()
